June 4, 2015 | Patronaat, Haarlem – It really was a trip down memory lane with the punkrock heroes of Zebrahead and Yellowcard at Patronaat, Haarlem. Check here my pictures and a short review of this great evening.

Zebrahead
Zebrahead opened for Yellowcard with a bang! The energy was high and the interaction on the stage forced the crowd to dance from the start. Some good old songs like ‘I’m just here for the beer’ passed by and suddenly I felt 16 years again.

Setlist:
1. Rescue Me
2. Hell Yeah!
3. Call Your Friends
4. Postcards from Hell
5. I’m Just Here for the Free Beer
6. Hello Tomorrow
7. Two Wrongs Don’t Make a Right, but Three Rights Make a Left
8. Drink Drink
9. Mental Health
10. Falling Apart
11. Mike Dexter Is a God, Mike Dexter Is a Role Model, Mike Dexter Is an Asshole
12. Public Enemy Number One

15. Anthem

Yellowcard
Yellowcard skipped the Netherlands the last European tour they did, but they really made up for that with this show together with Zebrahead. Yellowcard started their show peacefully with ‘Convocation’ only on Violin. But the peace transformed quickly into a punk/rock party with the necessary jumping and moshing. The combination of some old songs and songs from their newly released album ‘Lift a Sail’ made it into a dynamic show.

Setlist:
1. Convocation
2. Transmission Home
3. Crash the Gates
4. Lights and Sounds
5. Only One
6. Fighting
7. Make Me So
8. Lift a Sail

10. Light Up the Sky
11. Rough Landing, Holly
12. With You Around
13. Believe
14. California
15. Way Away
16. Ocean Avenue
