Extase, Tilburg, December 19th 2014 – On a regular Friday the Dutch band Pene Corrida threw a Mexican party! With support act The Mad Baron they filled the Extase in Tilburg. The six Mexicans fromPene Corrida make a statement by turning top-40 songs into metal. Tessa was there to write a review about the show.

A lot of tequila, other alcoholic drinks and people dressed up like Mexicans, fill the Extase tonight. The Dutch band The Mad Baron starts the evening with their progressive metal. At the beginning, the sound isn’t that good, but at the end of the first song it’s restored. The band is a perfect support act. There are even some fans in the crowd.

The real party starts when Pene Corrida climbs the stage. Totally in Mexican style they bring all the songs with a lot of passion. Everyone in the crowd is moving and some are even singing along. It’s a real party, that’s for sure. Songs like Summer Sweetness and Salsa Tequila won’t miss out. The guys seem to have fun. And the crowd enjoys the shows. Tight guitar lines and drums and a good voice features the evening. And with a DJ the night won’t end till the break of dawn.
