None Shall Fall – This Is Why We Do It (EP review) ★★★☆☆

None Shall Fall is a five piece hardcore band from the northern region of The Netherlands. They released (as far I could find out) their first EP called ‘This Is Why We Do It’ in June 2016. It’s a short EP with only 3 songs, so this is also gonna be a short review!

All the songs are packed with up tempo hardcore tunes, combined with metal riffs and a punk attitude. A nice variety! The quality of the sound is not that good and takes me back to eighties hardcore punk era, when music sounded messy and timeless. Not a very good thing, but certainly not a big issue! It’s different and unique in a certain way and that could give them a bigger chance to get noticed. The songs themselves are melodic, cathy and perfect to sing a long with. There’s also a lot of aggression, energy and emotion in the songs, so not boring at all. A nice EP, but there’s space for improvement. Let’s wait for there full lenght, but check ‘m out when they play in your town!

Score: 7.1/10 ★★★☆☆

01. Faded Lines
02. This Is Why We Do It
